Non traditional relationships need their time to shine. The bond between best friends is something to celebrate and that is exactly what this team of vendors did for Ariel and Will in this styled editorial featuring all things celestial, cosmic, starry and midnight blue.

When brainstorming this concept, we knew we wanted to create things that we don’t normally see trending in weddings. We didn’t want a white gown and we wanted to feature a relationship that went way beyond marriage. So, we came up with this best friends wedding for Ariel and Will! Not only did they rock their outfits (Ariel in a gold, floor-length gown & Will in a sleek dress with a long cape and Doc Martens inspired by Billy Porter) but they brought this concept to life. We wanted to channel cosmic powers of greek mythology mixed with a little badassery in order to appeal to those who maybe don’t love basic wedding trends.

With the help of Bubbly Events Chicago and the most talented vendors in Chicago involved, the whole scene was simply written in the stars. I hope you’re as obsessed with it as I will forever be!
