I am absolutely STOKED to be sharing these NYC couples photos with you. I will never pass up an opportunity to visit New York, especially when I get to photograph badass couples like these two. This session was giving all the dark, rainy, and moody vibes you could ask for and I was SO HERE FOR IT. Plus, the couple decided to add film to their session… so yes, you could say this shoot was a dream come true 🙂
Rainy NYC Couples Session
The couple, the outfits, the vibes, EVERYTHING about these rainy NYC photos was perfect. We did something a little different by shooting their entire session at night – and I’ve gotta say, I’m obsessed with the way it turned out. I really let these two do their thing while I third wheel’d (in the best way possible) the entire time! The way they interacted and show affection to each other was just so genuine, I couldn’t keep the camera off of them. Even though it was rainy, the warmth that radiated from them was plenty to keep the spark going!!
We wandered around the streets of New York City ducking in and out of subway stations until I finally had to stop myself from keeping them any longer. I absolutely could NOT wait to get their film developed, and the second it came from Indie Film Lab I knew I had to include it in the blog. Can you spot the film scans among the digitals? 😉
